Italy applies the ADR 2025 version of Annexes A and B from 1 January 2025. Article 1 of the Ministerial Decree of 13 February 2025 amends Article 3(2)(a) of Legislative Decree 35/2010 to refer expressly to “Annexes A and B of ADR, as applicable from 1 January 2025.” (Decreto 13 febbraio 2025, Art. 1; ADR 2025, Volume 1, applicable texts, page v)
Operationally, ADR 2023 remained permissible during the general transitional period through 30 June 2025; ADR 2025 became the sole current edition from 1 July 2025, subject to any specific transitional provisions in Chapter 1.6. (ADR 1.6.1.1, Volume 1, page v)
