Terms applicable to the Palen service operated by KAIRISIO.
The Palen service is operated by KAIRISIO, a SASU with share capital of EUR 15,000, registered under number 107 113 243 R.C.S. Aubenas, VAT number FR81107113243.

These terms govern access to and use of Palen, an application supporting research and analysis of information related to ADR and dangerous goods transport.
Any use of the service implies full acceptance of these terms.
Access requires a valid email address and sign-in uses a time-limited link or, where offered, a Google account. Some plans are limited to authorized accounts or accounts created through a specific commercial journey.
The user warrants that the information provided is accurate and must keep access credentials confidential.
Palen is intended for professional use. A user acting for an organization warrants that they have authority to bind it.
Palen may generate automated answers from regulatory sources and algorithmic processing. These answers may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect.
Palen does not replace a dangerous goods safety adviser, lawyer, competent authority or review of the applicable official texts.
The user remains solely responsible for decisions, declarations, documents, checks and transport operations.
The user must ensure they have the necessary rights over questions, documents, safety data sheets, files or information submitted to the service.
The user should avoid submitting sensitive or confidential data when its processing by the service is not necessary.
Plans, tax-exclusive prices, applicable taxes, monthly or annual billing period, included features and credits are shown before redirecting to secure payment. The final amount and currency are confirmed by the payment provider.
A first subscription may include a trial whose duration is shown in the interface and defaults to seven days. A payment method may be required at registration. No subscription charge is made during the trial; unless cancelled before it ends, the selected subscription starts automatically and the first payment becomes due.
A trial is granted only once per account. Cancelling during a trial ends it immediately, and any later reactivation is offered without a new trial.
Monthly or annual subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period until cancelled. A signed quote, order form or contract prevails if it states different terms.
AI features require an active subscription unless a contractual exception or explicitly exempt group applies, and remain subject to usage limits that preserve resources during both trials and paid subscriptions. Included credits and their renewal frequency are shown in the interface and may depend on the plan or authorized group.
Consumption varies with analysis length, complexity, model and workflow steps, so estimated analysis counts are not guaranteed. A request may be refused after the quota is exhausted until renewal or additional credits are added.
Purchased credit packs are added to the renewable quota and consumed first. They do not renew automatically. Buying and using them may require an active subscription.
KAIRISIO may apply reasonable request-rate, size, volume, concurrency or model-output limits and suspend or adapt usage in case of excess, circumvention, abusive automation, security threats, disproportionate resource use or risk to other users.
KAIRISIO uses reasonable efforts to ensure Palen availability and security, without guaranteeing continuous, error-free or uninterrupted availability.
Maintenance, technical incidents or external constraints may make the service temporarily unavailable.
Palen, its interfaces, software, databases, texts, trademarks, logos and graphic elements remain the property of KAIRISIO or its rights holders.
No rights are transferred except for the personal, non-exclusive and revocable right to use the service in accordance with these terms.
Personal data processing is described in the privacy policy, and trackers in the cookie policy.
Measurements required to monitor AI processing, credits, security and billing may continue outside the browser when optional cookies are refused.
KAIRISIO cannot be held liable for decisions made based on information provided on the platform, misinterpretation of ADR, failure to verify sources or non-compliant use of the service.
KAIRISIO may suspend or close access in case of breach of these terms, security risk, abusive use, unpaid amounts or legal obligation.
Users may cancel a subscription from their settings. Cancellation during a trial takes effect immediately and removes access. After a monthly or annual paid period has begun, renewal stops but access remains available until the displayed end of the paid period. Cancellation does not automatically delete the account or refund amounts already due or paid, subject to mandatory rights.
Account deletion immediately cancels active subscriptions and access, deletes or anonymizes user data covered by that flow and retains billing records, logs and evidence required or permitted by law.
KAIRISIO may change these terms to reflect changes to the service, regulations or operational constraints.
The applicable version is the one available online when the service is used.
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes are handled by the competent courts under applicable statutory and contractual rules.
